Henk Gilhuis

At the Rainforest Alliance he manages impacts and learning research on the outcomes of the RA certification program, connecting internal and external knowledge and collaborating with different stakeholders. This includes partnerships with academic research programs as CoVaCoa, whose research findings the RA expects will be useful to inform and improve the strategy and programs. His prior experience in the international development sector includes program management, monitoring an evaluation in the social, economic and human rights domains with an international NGO and its local partners in Latin America

Alistair Davis

Alistair is a Sustainability Lead within Olam Cocoa, focused on the commercial responsibility for our sustainability business. Previously within Olam was focused on bean origination in West Africa, specifically Cameroon and Nigeria origins. He is also heavily involved with Olam’s ‘AtSource’ Platform, a pioneering data lead traceability and transparency tool designed to work both as a farmer group IMS platform and wider analysis tool to inform better decision making on sustainability investment in the cocoa sector. Before joining Olam, Alistair was in the British Army for 7 years retiring as a Captain.
