Utku Eren Bağcı completed his bachelor degree on Geography at Ankara University in 2015. After then, he completed his master degree in Economic Geography with master thesis on “Resilience, Reworking and Resistance Strategies of Local Food Retailers in Eskişehir, Turkey” at the Ankara University in 2018.
He started Ph.D. education at Osnabrück University in 2019. At the same time he participated the working group of Prof. Dr. Martin Franz. His main focus on retail geography and especially on Turkish grocery retailers in Germany. Since October, 2020 he started to work for the Global (Class)Room Project supported by Osnabrück University.
