Welcome to the homepage of the IT support of the Institute of Geography at Osnabrück University! Here you will find an overview of the services we offer for members of the institute and - as far as possible - students.
General information on central services such as email, WiFi, PrintCard, etc. are available via the University’s central computer centre. FAQs concerning Stud.IP are answered on the homepage of the VirtUOS Centre.
We support all members of the Institute of Geography in the official use of hardware and software, whether by advising and implementing the procurement of equipment, by installing and maintaining software, by user training or by providing support with technical problems of all kinds.
In addition to looking after the equipment lending service, the homepage and our Instagram Account, we also take care of the documentation of the Institute's hardware and software stock.
